  • Cook (£26,000 $39,000)
  • Night baker (£26,000 $39,000)
  • Camp boss (£29,000 $43,500); is in charge of the catering department.
    The above do not get as much assistance as they will be used to in restaurants, hotels or the forces. They are expected to do more of the cleaning up etc. than usual.
