They will do one of three things. i) They will contact you to arrange an interview.
ii) They will hold your details on file until a suitable vacancy arises.
iii) If the Agencies cannot help you they will pass your details on to other agencies that they feel may be able to help. Agencies regularly swap CVs so using this service will get your details in circulation around many other companies, opening many doors for you.

Why is the CV service not free?
This question has been asked only twice but we wanted to include the answer here to make a point.
It takes a lot of our time to maintain our lists and system. In addition, we pay our web site hosting company
a monthly fee for the extra software required to run the system.
